To our valued clients:
Due to a positive Covid-19 case the hospital is required to close until November 5th as per Ottawa Public Health regulations.
We are making the following changes to accommodate our clients as best we can:
- Those needing prescriptions please email the clinic at info@rsah.ca. Our emails will be monitored daily.
- We have tried to contact all appointments that were booked between Oct 21st and Nov 4th. If you had an appointment during this period, please email the clinic to rebook if you have not done so already
- We are re-routing all client orders for pet food and other supplies to the online boutique. Please select Home Delivery at checkout
For clients who have orders or prescriptions waiting at the hospital, please email us: info@rsah.ca. You will be contacted to make arrangements for pick up.
