What to expect:

Veterinary Service with Courtesy & Respect!

As a new client of our Animal Hospital, we promise our full attention to you and your pets’ needs. Our service will be provided with the upmost courtesy and respect.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will take you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients within 5 minutes of arrival. Although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure that these are minimized as much as possible.

You will normally see a Veterinary Technician first who will take a history and gather information for the doctor. A veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and go over further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. We will make sure that we have done our best to answer all of your questions and provide you with any further educational information. If further treatment or diagnostics are deemed necessary, we are a full-service hospital and these would be done right in our facility. Upon conclusion of your visit, our receptionists will handle the billing and schedule any needed follow up for your pet.

We also provide Housecall Service which can be arranged through the regular clinic.
